Fitting the Engine Cowling
Fitting the engine cowling required that I have the proper spacing for the prop and spinner. The DUC 4 Blade needs a 45mm spacer between the the prop flange and the prop hub. I ended up removing approximately 3/4" from the rear cowling to get the best fit. I used the kit supplied camloc fasteners. I noticed that the camloc screws sit slightly proud and so I added .032 spacers between the cowling and the camloc body.
