Elevator - Update 2

Progress Today:

Built up the Left and right Elevators with clecos.
Installed the piano himge and trimmed on the forward and aft portions of the hinge.
Used a step drill to upsize two holes on the Left Elevator Spar web to 3/8 and 5/8 sizes.

To Do

Tear it all down and debur sand and prime.
