Port Aileron
Finished port side aileron. It was tough to remove twist as assembly is not stiff at all until spar is added. Using weight bags adds substantial bend.
Added spar in earlier than manual suggests and before any match drilling. Drilled rib bottom flanges and spar at the same time, then full disassembly, de-burring. Then leveling and riveting.
Built on leveled blocks and used shot bags to level top side as good as possible. For next aileron it may suffice to ensure that blocks are level and ensure bottom is solidly resting on the block.
Aileron came out very straight (after lots of work)
