Starbord landing light cutouts done and light fitted. Used an airsaw this time instead of dremel for a much cleaner cut. Still lots of filing.

Instead using the corner holes from the template and drilling up to #11 I located 1/4in hole locations further away from the corners to fit the saw blade. On the port wing the template locations lead to the drilled holes to go beyond the corners - better this time.
