Top wing skin riveting

@#$#@#%#

Forward spar countersunk, skin dimpled and riveted back to 4 holes that will remain clecoed until gap seals are installed. Made multiple (>5) passed with the microstop-countersink to ensure adequate depth but not enlarging hole (heard of a S21 in Europe that had this issue and needed to install an extra rivet between the enlarged ones).

Clarified the gap between forward edge of skin and rearward edge of 'lip' in front spar with Rans. All good. After dimpling and riveting the skin was sticking up a very small amount above the groove in the front spar. Practically invisible but can be felt. Clarified with Rans that this is normal and could be sanded down (Rans will also fill any gaps with body filler and sand again). I am unsure whether I will do that or not. If so it will be done after wings are done.

I had a #@$!@ of a time getting all holes aligned, not sure how it will go on the bottom skin without access to the inside of the wing. Some holes needed some cleaning-up with a reamer.

Overall happy with the limited amount of pillowing, For now I feel the wing came out better than others I have seen so far.
