Attach side antichafing strips to seats

The strip was placed on the bottom and sides of the seats. The bottom strip will slide on the existing plastic strips in the seat rails. The same strip will need to be placed on the sides of the seat rails, as partly retracted seat pins rip into the paint and aluminium, in addition to it being desirable to have teflon rubbing on teflon on the sides as well.
