Control stick connectors

The Ray-Allen G405 sticks are wired with 24AWG cable. This is not compatible with the Deutsch DTM size 20 pins (0460-202-2031), which are limited to the range 20-22AWG inclusive. So 20AWG tefzel was crimped into these and Sumitomo H-CR-436-36 butt splices (compatible with 20-26AWG wire, equivalent to Raychem D436-36) were used to transition to the G405 wires.
