Transponder cable securement on midsection spacer

The rear midsection spacer previously made is given an additional role - to stabilise the position of the transponder cable as it passes up between the two rudder cables. A WDG4 Adel clamp is used, but this is a bit loose. Maybe a WDG3 clamp will be used in its place. This clamp is attached with a M% bolt and rivnut for ease of access.
