Custom revised-design underwing joining plates

The aft underwing joining plates GN-SKN-002-X-A-0, as noted previously, are not fit for purpose as the rivet clearance holes and attachment holes are in completely the wrong positions relative to the rivets and rivnuts running along the bottom of the fuselage. So my initial plan was to re-manufacture these from surplus 0.5mm 6061-T6 (actually the retired front floor skin)

I then took the design and scope of this work much further as detailed below
