Custom panel mounting brackets

A series of brackets were machined to facilitate the mounting of the Dynon comms, ap, and intercom units. These brackets were needed as the clearance around the #6 holes mounting these units is too small for #6 locking nuts. Nutplates must be used instead, and a special narrow type, the MS21071L06
