Smooth seat pins and test install

With the seat rails anodised, the outer tails temporarily and partially riveted into place, and the seat edges themselves covered with anti-chafing tape, there remained one thing to do to prevent the seat pins scoring at the rails. The pins - which have sharp angles at their tips - were buffed smooth.
