Aileron Pushrod and Bellcrank Assembly
Adjusted pushrod lengths and applied torque stripe.
Installed bellcranks. The mid bellcrank long leg must point into the wing structure.
Installed pushrods
Secured pushrod ends to bellcranks
NOTE: AN3-10A bolts are specified with ONE washer. This causes the nut to bottom on the threads before the bearing end is secured. The solution is to add another washer. For the short aileron pushrod, the extra washer MUST go on the nut side or it will interfere with the outboard mixer box
NOTE: The bellcrank pivot holes in the inboard mixer needed to be final size drilled.
Check for free range of motion.
