I realized a bit late in the process that I had selected comm antennas that the kit plans are not specifically for. Queue my minor panic in that I had already dimpled some holes that I did not need to. Thankfully I had not upsized any of the antenna holes yet.

I fabricated some slightly larger doublers based on the Van's provided doublers to fit the 4-hole mounts of the Comant CI-122 antenna. I had initially planned to design them in CAD and have Send-cut-send cut and bend them, but found out it would be a few weeks to get them delivered and that they would not bend the 2024 T3 aluminum.
