started the morning looking at the axels and checking them against various makes of wheels to help make a decision. Still deciding. I continued the work on the horizontal stab, adding the first tack welds. Having previously made all the ribs and prepared the tubes i also manages to tack the other half together, left tacked and hung just incase adjustments are needed at fit up.
