Hoo boy, because this is a weirdly difficult task! I am using the Open-EZ plans, and tried a bunch of options for the tiling before figuring out Adobe Acrobat. I've had luck with Matthias Wandel's "Big Print" in the past, which is a Windows-only software.

Getting the scaling right is a matter of trial and error. Mostly error. One of the photos is of the carnage: the unusable printouts. I weep for the poor trees. One of them is of A2, one of fourteen pages (with the bottom removed, to be lovingly pasted to the top of A1). The other is the final quality control inspection.
