Installing Gear Legs

Installing the undercarriage. I ran a board through the door openings on the canopy and used ratchet straps on both sides to pull the composite gear legs in place. It's important to note that the KAI indicates installing the top bolts first, then install the bottom bolts. It is much easier if the main gear assembly is raised to the top of the gear leg housing, then install the bottom bolt, release the ratchet strap tension allowing the gear to rest on the bottom bolts, THEN install the top bolts.

The nose gear assembly installation was straight forward following the instructions in the KAI.
