Flap and Aileron Skin forming
Moved from wing to building ailerons and flaps first as they are needed in the wing build to fit gap seals and can be built independently.
Began with skin forming. No table of right width was available so I built wooden fixtures to allow for only one person turning the pipe. Inspired by DJ Vegh's 3D printed fixtures. I could only get a Schedule 40 PVC pipe so holding it down would be critical. Unfortunately we didn't do a good enough job on the first bend leading to wrinkles in the middle of the left flap skin.
Created a wooden block using a rib as template to work out the wrinkles. Still visible but good match to the rib flanges and I doubt there will be any interference.
Other bends came out perfect.
