all the parts were prepped for the elevators, just had to go back and complete a few steps that were missed prior to priming the parts, such as the match drilling the pop riveted trailing edge of the elevators that go through the top skin and into the bottom skin. Prepped and scuffed the rear spar in preparation for the Service bulletin that requires fuel tank sealant to be applied to the forward side of the rear spar. This is much easier to do on a new set of elevators, which is the one saving grace about having to rebuild these as they had lasercut spars in the first set.
