Started upholstery
Tested fitted the upholstery side panels. They required some trimming to clear the seatbelt bolts and the dashboard brackets. Peeled back some of the upholstery, trimmed the fiberglass backing and then reglued the upholstery in place after checking everything fitted well
Installed carpeting under the rudder pedals and glued some additional carpeting on the side of the pedal channel to hide the yellow primer colour when the side upholstery panels are in place
With help from my wife, trimmed the carpeting for the luggage extension box and then glued it in place. Went okay, but it was tricky work in the confined space. Thanks wife!
Trimmed and glued carpeting onto the closeout panels behind the rear seats above the flap / aileron / elevator mechanism
Installed insulating foam in the luggage compartment area
