Installed front and rear side upholstery panels. Installed two cup holders in the rear footwell area, one attached to the rear of the center console and one to the front panel below the rear seat. These two areas were the most convenient given that the Alcantara inserts in the side panels prevented installation in much of that space, and I didn't want any interference with the front seatbelts. Tall containers may obstruct USB use for the rear console, but we'll have to see how that works out (maybe 90 degree USB C cables can be used if really necessary). Anyway, some compromises were necessary and this seemed reasonable.
