Although manufactured by Sling, I decided to pressure test all fuel tanks to ensure there were no leaks. Borrowed a hose with a care tyre valve fitted, attached it to the tank vents and blocked the inlet and outlet AN6 fittings with end pieces. Pressurised the main tanks to 0.5 bar and the long range tanks to 0.4 bar for 10 minutes each

All perfect except for right main tank. Removed filler cap, tightened the nut and reinstalled it then tested again - problem solved

Sanded rivet heads on top of right wing with a 1" Dremel attachment and 400 grit sandpaper. Then sanded the paint across the whole of the right wing to start preparation for painting
