Purchased fiberglass for the fuselage, plus a bit extra. Aircraft Spruce helpfully sells these on a page called "Rutan Fiberglass Cloths." Not every material is as easy to find as these.

I am buying these bit by bit because they're EXPENSIVE, and the shipping cost doesn't seem to decrease with quantity.
