Panel to Subpanel Crossmembers
Sumit hours: 3.5
Fabricated crossmembers from 3/8" tube:
- cut to length for 9.5" panel to sub-panel distance and extra for bends
 - formed flat tube ends in vice
 - heated and bent 90 degree bends in vice bender
 - match drilled to panel and temporary ply sub-panel
 - tapped 6-32 threads in panel and tube ends
 - to be primed/painted before install
 
Purpose:
- added rigidity
 - allows wire harness to be hung from rounded tubes with only tie wraps. No adel clamps needed
 - sets location of panel to subpanel aft-to-fore wire harness runs to devices mounted on sub-panel or behind
