Panel to Subpanel Crossmembers

Fabricated crossmembers from 3/8" tube:

cut to length for 9.5" panel to sub-panel distance and extra for bends
formed flat tube ends in vice
heated and bent 90 degree bends in vice bender
match drilled to panel and temporary ply sub-panel
tapped 6-32 threads in panel and tube ends
to be primed/painted before install

Purpose:

added rigidity
allows wire harness to be hung from rounded tubes with only tie wraps. No adel clamps needed
sets location of panel to subpanel aft-to-fore wire harness runs to devices mounted on sub-panel or behind
