Wing Fairing, Frame Bonding, and Fiberglass Preparation

Drilled #40 holes in top wing fairings and dimpled stiffeners for installation. Post-cured and trimmed bonded windshield and window frames, followed by sanding and cleaning bonding areas to 3/4 inch specification. Set up fiberglass layering and bonded the oil door core to the cowling oil door. Also prepared fiberglass layers for stabilizer fairings.
