Flap actuation assembly completed match drilling, deburred, prepped and primed the inside of the actuation torque tubes, bell crank and end weldments. Prepped and primed the flap motor mount parts. Assembled and installed per instructions, but still have some slop left to right in the flap motor between the two angle flanges. Might need to add some washers as spacers to take up the difference.

Cut to length and drilled the rudder cable links per instructions on 39-1. Prepping parts so that the wife can help with the best part of the build, assembly!

Also starting working on the control assembly weldment parts to make them fit per the plans. Needed to grind back some of the powder coat on the left and right control stick base to clear interference and allow for them to fit inbetween the flanges of the control column.
