Assembled the rod end to the flap motor shaft per the drawing callouts, ensuring that there was at least 7 turns on the rod end threads. Loosely assembled the whole flap torque tube assembly with the nylon bushings. Have not yet torqued any of the nuts in the assembly.

Was able to ease the install by leaving the torque tubes in the freezer for ~4 hours before sliding through from the outside of the fuselage. Before install, I opened up the diameter of the flap torque tube hole in the side of the fuselage with a small sanding wheel on a dremel ~1/32-1/16" of an inch. Much easier than trying to install from the inside.

Also installed the Deutsch pins and connectors on the flap motor harness.
